Manhattan Group was founded in Melbourne in 2001 and has done one thing since.
The firm
We are a retained executive search firm working exclusively in branded luxury hotels and resorts. We place general managers, executive committees, corporate and regional leadership, culinary leadership and specialist roles, on behalf of owners, operators and brand offices.
The firm has been led by the same founder for twenty-five years. The consultants who carry our mandates have been here for most of that time.

Our centre of gravity is Asia Pacific and always has been. We work from Melbourne and Singapore, and we have placed across Asia Pacific, the Middle East and Europe. We name the markets rather than claiming a global footprint, because a firm that says it is everywhere is usually telling you it is nowhere in particular.
